‘Quick-dry concrete’

The concrete produced by Evolve requires an average hardening period of three weeks before the respective product is eligible for the unique coating process. Evolve is seeking to reduce this hardening period to only a few hours. This will not only make the production more efficient and the delivery faster but also reduce the energy needed per product. Currently, the temperature in the production halls needs to be kept steady at 20 degrees celsius. By building a climatic chamber and developing the corresponding hardening methods, the temperature can be reduced to 15 degrees celsius. Overall, this will lead to a significant CO2 reduction on a yearly basis.
